My order is late, what should I do?

I am having issues logging into my account?

This could be for a number of reasons. First, please check your email address and password have been entered correctly. We have a forgotten password link below the log-in which allows you to change your password should you forget it. If you are still encountering issues after this, you can either email our team or call on (+44) 151 3290445 and we’ll be happy to help.

Are there any benefits to opening an account as to being a guest?

Our membership has been designed to offer great benefits. These include:

  • Ability to track your orders from door to door

  • View your order history

  • Gain PF Reward points

  • Receive special ‘members only’ offers

How can I change my personal details?

This is easily done by logging into your account and clicking on ‘update details’. Always remember to click save when you’ve finished updating your details!

How can I place my first order?

This couldn’t be easier. You can go through our products and pick whichever you fancy. After adding these to your cart you then have two options:

  • Check out as a logged in customer, or

  • Checkout as a guest

There are many benefits to checking out as a registered member (see ‘PF Rewards’ section of FAQs)

At checkout you have the chance to enter any discount codes you may have and you will be asked to enter your billing and delivery address details. There are clear delivery options of either a FREE delivery (2-3 days) or next day delivery (£4).

Review your order before confirming and you will receive a confirmation email within 5 minutes of your order being processed.

What are your returns guidelines?

We can accept returns unopened where the seal has not been broken. Unfortunately, in cases where the seal has been opened we cannot accept a return. If you have any issues you can contact us on (+44) 151 3290445 to discuss further.

My order has been returned, what happens next?

Once we have received the returned item we will email you confirmation. Once we have read your reasons on the attached form for returning the item we will send a further email or call you to discuss further.

Following this please allow up to 10 days for a full refund, and up to 14 days for an alternative order to be processed and dispatched.
